CHALLENGE
College of the Sequoias, Visalia’s junior college, wanted to make some changes to its current brand. In the process they also wanted to unify all departments and arm them with a consistent brand and image.

SOLUTION
RCM immediately noticed that the college needed a refreshed branded logo. Not wanting to take away from the 80+ years that the Sequoia Tree did for the college, Red Chair made a simple text application change and developed “the first step to success” slogan. This signified to high school students the easy decision to take COS courses to reduce the financial burden that a 4 year would cost. Thus making the students success a reality in their goals.

CHALLENGE
Tulare District Hospital made the decision to build and operate a state-of-the-art medical fitness center and enter the ever- expanding health club industry. Initial membership goals were aggressive.

SOLUTION
Red Chair Marketing proposed a local media campaign which included radio, newspaper, direct mail and billboards. The campaign was issued as a challenge to the public to stop procrastinating, and get fit.

RESULT
When Evolutions opened in June 2005 membership goals were surpassed by 25% and the center's opening was a total success.

CHALLENGE
Having had the practice for over ten years, the current marketing and brand was failing. ESMA had built a brand new facility, and with new capabilities they needed to expand the practice with a new Dr. and patients, as well as a re-designed web site.

SOLUTION
Realizing the brand that ESMA currently had, spoke nothing of the practice. Building a new brand and image campaign utilizing the already used logo, RCM added depth and color to the look. With high-end photography and creative design we reached the look and feel of a quality eye medical practice.

CHALLENGE
Having moved the small town business, Mimi Blinds, to the Bay Area only to find that the area was saturated with an abundance of "blind" companies, survival of the fittest kicked in.

SOLUTION
Mimi Blinds partnered with Red Chair Marketing and together the solution was simple...Mimi Blinds would expand its product line to include closet, garage and home office products as well. The re-naming of Mimi Blinds to Mimi Home Solutions allowed the company a larger market share and provided the Bay Area with in-home shopping.

RESULT
Mimi Home Solutions has become The #1 Shop-At-Home Custom Home Product Franchise in America and sales continue to exceed all their expectations.

CHALLENGE
Originally based in L.A., Equity Group relocated to California's Central Valley with the idea of branding the company as the area's leader in Real Estate and Property Management within the span of one year.

SOLUTION
After developing the brand, Red Chair continued to meticulously build an image based marketing strategy which included brochures, direct mail, newspaper, trade magazines, yellow pages and a variety of other appropriate real estate venues.

RESULT
Equity's first year in the Central Valley was one of tremendous growth. A challenge they continue to welcome as they have become one of the area's largest producing commercial real estate & management firms.

CHALLENGE
In the insurance business change happens everyday. Nielsen had not changed in over 20 years, and they needed to up their brand image and get the company ready for the sons to take over. This meant repositioning the company to todays demands for insurance.

SOLUTION
The first thing RCM did was evaluate the obvious - their brand. Taking the name and creating an icon-logo to say Nielsen & Associates was developed. Secondly, we developed an ad series that made insurance interesting by developing a tagline “Covering your assests”.

RESULT
With the new look in place on all marketing material and the ad campaign, Nielsen's write up of insurance has risen by 38% and is continuing to grow, with the addition of new employees.
